Hello, if your are looking to build muscle the correct and healthy way you have come to the right place. I've played 4 years of NCAA division 2 football at a University and one of my biggest problems when it came to being competitive was gaining muscle mass. In high-school i played defensive back. I had skill, but i was on the the light side and I needed to gain weight, preferably muscle weight if I was going to continue my football career to the collegiate level. During my Junior and Senior year of high school I had been working hard in the weight room and trying all sorts of expensive proteins and diets and none of these experiments worked. Luckily, due to talent, I was given the opportunity to play for a NCAA Division 2 football team. My recruiters believed that through maturity and their weight program that I gain 20 pounds of muscle buy my Sophomore year in college. I was weighing 150 pounds my senior of high school and they expected me to be 170 pounds by my sophomore year in college. Two years had passed and I was still only weighing about 150 - 152 pounds. I had gotten stronger but I was still considered "small" for a college football player. After doing much research and experimenting I finally came up with a way that helped me gain muscle quickly and healthy. I went form 150 pounds to 160 pounds of solid muscle within six weeks by following three important important aspects of muscle gain. First, a consistent and intense workout, a consistent and proper diet, and proper whey protein supplementation. I know there are people who have gone through the same struggle wondering if they have been working out properly, if they have been eating the correct foods or taking the correct protein supplements.
